FEE SCHEDULE AND PAYMENTS

Price: A fee of $50 per sample is charged. No minimum order required.
One or one hundred samples are treated with the same care and thoroughness,
to assure customer satisfaction with our service.

Our prices include all preparation work: crushing, pulverizing, drying, and
grinding to 300-mesh size (if needed). No extra charge.

Results are reported in ounces troy per ton of ore,
as based on sample send in for assay.

All assay test results will be mailed. No email of results.

We accept cash, checks, and money orders.

SAMPLE SPECIFICATIONS

     The results of any assay are no better than the viability of the sample sent in. Make sure to take a true, representative sample of the material you wish to have assayed. It is best to send in, and have assayed, several samples to receive a more accurate report. It is wiser to do several assays, than to go forward with a project based on just one assay report.

     If you send in more than one sample at a time (in the same mailing), please mark a number or name of some kind on each. So, you will know what area the sample is from. On our report back to you, we will list the results separately according to your sample numbers or names. We will also provide you with the average of multiple samples sent in.

     Shipping of Sample: The best way to send a sample to us is through the U.S. mail. The USPS "Flat Rate" boxes are recommended as the most economical and fastest method.

     Sample Quantity: An ore sample of a minimum 8-ounces is preferred, for best results. Concentrates: a 3-ounce sample will be sufficient. On ingot drillings and plated metals, please call. If in doubt as to sample size, please call.

PLATINUM GROUP METALS

Results from samples containing platinum group metals
are reported in troy ounces per ton.

A breakdown of the metals in the PGM requires
parting the platinum group for further testing.

Through a combination of Grinding, Roasting, Tableing, & Leaching of your submitted material, through our environmentally friendly process, whether it be sulfide, tellurides, free milling , placer concentrates, or raw unprocessed ore, we can inform you as to the feasibility of values in your concentrates for further action on your part.

No large-scale processing done. We do not offer this process for any of the following:
Industrial scrap, X-ray film, concentrates containing mercury, catalytic converters, medical / dental scrap, or processing of large quantities of ores

We recommend the postal "Flat Rate Box" as the best and lowest cost method to send your material to our lab. We are not set up for customer drop-offs, although sometimes it can be arranged.

Payment for our services must to be sent with your material.
We do not process material without payment and we do not bill or run open accounts in order to keep our overhead costs down.
